He made his first-class debut for Trinidad and Tobago in the 2016–17 Regional Four Day Competition on 11 November 2016. On debut he took match figures of 7 wickets for 68 runs, which included figures of 6 wickets for 30 runs in the first innings, giving Trinidad and Tobago a nine-wicket win.
In recent years Roshon has been plying his trade in the new Minor League Cricket in the US, as well as for amateur Australian club Deer Park CC. His performances in the inaugural 6ixty competition where Primus finished as 7th top scorer (101 runs in 3 matches), earned him a call-up to the St Lucia squad for the 2022 CPL where he has been a mainstay in the side throughout the competition. Roshon finished the CPL with 97 runs in 7 innings and took 5 wickets.
In November 2022 Roshon ended the Super 50 (West Indies 50 over competition) with what was described as 'an innings of a lifetime'. In his final game for Barbados against Trinidad, Roshon scored 130 from 80 balls - nearly seeing his side home for the win. He finished the competition with an average of 89 from his four innings, as well as 5 wickets - earning him a spot on the Mumbai Indians training squad for 2023.
He followed this up with a solid CPL for 2023, hitting some of the biggest 6s the competition has ever seen.
